I'm looking to trade or sell a Vortek tuned 177 R1 that's in nice shape for a 177 Hw50 in at least as good a shape cosmetically. I'm gonna soft tune the 50 so broken springs and bad seals is fine. The R1 is too big and hard to cock for me to enjoy.

Disclosure, I just chronographed the R1. It's shooting 14-15 fpe with FTTs and 8.44 Exacts respectively which is light for the cocking effort. I suspect the piston seal should be replaced. You can replace it or I can if you want. It's negotiable.

Up for sale Is virtually a brand new gun It's shot about a half tin of pellets . Shoots as good as It looks out to 100 yards 1" groups with the right ammo 18g pellets travelling at around 920 . I installed a longer air tank which doubled the shot count it also comes with the original tank two mags origonal paper work and box . This is a pellet backstop with stainless steel on the backside ( just under 1/16" thick) . I made a small box to fit inside of this filled with rubber mulch (see picture) ,it worked fine but if I was going to do it again I'd build one out of a 2x6 frame work just to be able to add more mulch. I will include a bag of rubber mulch also. Will sell for $25. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY Ridgefield Wa. area. Inside opening is 281/2" wide x 161/2" tall x 9" deep.

I just recently got this gun and I love it, sadly it's just too long for me given that I am shooting iguanas in public. I've taken 2 dozen oguanas with it today and it is an absolute tack driver. Took me 11 shots to sight it in at 30yards, verify which mod I wanted to put on it between the sumo and the IA1350 and then verified my figures on streak pro out to 100yds with took 1 shot. I've never had a gun especially an FX take this little time to set up and dial in. I'm selling to fund a more compact .30 for myself.

It has a few tiny cosmetic scuffs and 1 minor scratch, see pictures.
