This works for swagging slugs?
It's a retracting probe system and butt stock carrier for the FX Impact. Clever design, in that it loads the ammo perfectly concentric like a pellet probe and then once it chambers the ammo, it retracts back so there is ZERO transfer port restriction.

Having made numerous slug probes, it's just about impossible to get them to load ammo perfectly square every time (equally impossible for them to rival the efficiency of a completely unrestricted transfer port).

Heck yeah--pretty decent fps gains in testing?
Testing has shown efficiency gains, due to all the valuables in barrels, projectiles, hammers, hammer springs and so on its hard to make an across the board statement. While there are power gains, the geometry and how the probe seats projectiles is extremely beneficial to accuracy.

Is that a flip down bag-rider I'm seeing?
If so, this seems like a good deal in that... between the cost of the butt plate and the bag-rider your not spending much for the probe technology.
You can adjust the angle of the bag rider to your liking. Depending on what you are shooting this is a very useful feature.
Integrating everything allows us to save some costs and make a all in one package. Integrating all the parts also creates a more solid rifle as well. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to design everything together.
Side note, for those who do not want a bag rider, it is completely detachable via 2 M5 socket head screws.

Stephen just posted a short video on his IG

Is it possible to post the video here for those of us that don't have an Instagram account? Thanks Brian

Post video here, no instagram for me either.
You should be able to view it on Facebook without an account.

We will be posting more videos on youtube in the next few days.
FYI, $150 is ending tonight!!

Is the length of pull adjustable? It's a neat idea curious to see if there is any real discernable improvement. I seen this on the site but... Just couldn't find enough on it for me to pull the trigger today

And please tell me your not shipping these in the same bags you ship the arca rails in 😋
We are seeing around 8% efficiency increases and more consistent loading that has produced better groups. It's hard to make certain claims with how everyone's rifles have different parts and are tuned differently. But there are improvements, especially in reliability over the pin probe.

We've switched to boxes.

If you port your pellet probe you have the best of two worlds - pin probe like v0 and pellet probe like slug seating precision.

Even Huma high flow pellet probe has too much restriction. But it is easy to resolve with some Dremel work.

L-tech is more efficient than that. While enlarging it is better than oem, it still isn't optimal. Especially when dealing with various slug geometries. The flat probe allows you to load boat tails, pellets, slugs with a cusp, basically anything with the same seat depth no matter the shape.
Furthermore, there is still restriction. The ratios are different for each caliber, but you are taking up flow with any probe that doesn't retract.

Is the length of pull adjustable. Like the shoulder pad/stock area adjustable back? I always felt my impact was a touch short
