Black powder shooting with my custom flintlocks, metal detecting, and tournament bass fishing.  In other words too many hobbies according to my wife.  My kids think I am crazy when it comes to shooting sports.   Love my airguns and flinters.

Willie14228 I. Have 4 custom flinters;  a 54 cal trade gun built by Dennis Priddy, a 32 cal built by Dennis Priddy, a 25 cal built by Dennis Priddy and a 45 cal built by Ed Henson.  I also have a custom percussion 45 cal built by Dennis Priddy.  I shoot at the Grand Valley Cap n Ballers in Michigan.  You can google it and see their site.  They are trying to get an Airgun program going.

Wood splitting this time of year to keep the lady happy. I also have a huge collection of yoyos. It’s the only thing I can claim to have mastered. I actually believe yoyos have kept my hand eye coordination high which in turn helps with shooting airguns. It also entertains my nieces and nephews immensely. They always ask when I come by if I brought a yoyo and to show them some ninja skills lol. No ninja but it is fun to be able to hold there attention without an iPad, even though they watch videos on YouTube and then ask can you do this trick and that. They think I’m the coolest because I can. How little they know! Google or YouTube professional yoyo to see how complex the tricks have become. Even have yoyos now that come off the string to perform tricks then catch with the string in air while still rotating and returning. My wife knows I have too many hobbies but she’s awesome and lets me have my fun!

Airguns aren’t so much the hobby as the tool. FT and BR are the hobby. Fishing, mostly for bass.

Shooting is the main hobby these days, metallic silhouette being my favourite, hunting and culling when the opportunity arises. In my younger days motorcycles were a passion but kids and mortgage killed that off, lol, apart from fiddling around with my airguns I enjoy reloading for my powderburners and I’m not sure if beer drinking is a hobby but I do a fair bit of that also 😁

I think if you try a new beer every week or two it’s a hobby. That’s what I call it anyways 😉
