Unbelievable customer service! Guys let me tell you what Matt Dawson at WW did for me. I screwed up and bought a used gun off of the yellow, the guy was on the BOI with good reviews so I figured I was safe. The ad said that he was the second owner and that it was one of Matt's personal guns. Well I received the gun and it just wouldn't shoot. 50 yard groups were horrible, I shot it over a chrony to make sure the reg was ok, shot it without the shroud, cleaned the barrel, tried a bunch of different pellets, nothing worked.
I called WW to see if they had a barrel in stock for me to buy, I figured it had to be the barrel, maybe the guy screwed it up cleaning it or something. Well, when I told Matt I had a gun that supposedly belonged to him and I was having trouble with it, he told me that he would make it right, HE SENT ME NEW BARREL FREE OF CHARGE! I still can't believe he'd do that, he didn't ask for a serial number or anything,he didn't even try to verify that he owned the gun at one time. How can you beat that for customer service? You can't.
