My name is Rick. I've been shooting with an AirArms PCP rifle for a few years. I started with airguns when finding .22lr became almost impossible and finding powder to reload very difficult. I found the challenge of shooting an airgun very enjoyable and hope to continue. Now if I can just find others in my area to share the sport it'll be a lot more enjoyable. I recently have moved to the upper peninsula of Washington St.

Hi my name is Eric. I live in northern Arizona and, to be honest, I got into air guns just this past summer after seeing the 10m events in the Olympics. Unfortunately, there's not any clubs or competitions in northern AZ. Hoping to make down to the Valley to do some shooting at the Rio Salado park sometime though. 

Howdy folks, Bo here from Gulfport, MS. New to air gunning and looking forward to using this forum for research,questions for members, and getting up to speed on what I need to get started. I am 64 years young and am an avid gun/archery hunter, fisherman and outdoors man. I have a Benjamin Bulldog .357, hand pump, 145 gr Nolser ammo, scope and bi pod arriving tomorrow. Heading to the range and sight in in a few daysbefore heading to deer camp. Plan to hunt whitetail/coyotes with this set up for the remaining of the primitive season.

Hello my name is Joe aka "rangemaster" and I'm from Hickory, NC. I got into air guns as a cheap way to keep my skills fresh when I can't shoot my firearms. I own a motorcycle shop that specializes in trike conversions for riders with disabilities. My building had the extra space available so I put in a full scale air gun range and am in the process of forming a club for air gun competition. I am also strongly considering becoming an air gun dealer too. I found this forum and think it will be a great source of information for what I'm doing. Thank you for having me.

I am 45 y.o. and 3 years ago ( after a long long period of abstinence ) I returned to airguns.
What a different world I found!The pcp's had reached such a level of maturity I felt awe!Had to read a lot, understand the new principles and techniques but above all...shoot,shoot and then shoot again
Living in Europe I was lucky enough to have easy access to some of the best quality air rifles and accessories this continent has to show.I appreciate accuracy above all and the way air is being used by a rifle in order to achieve it.
No wonder that only a few months after my 'return' I found my self completely hooked again :0

My name is Tom. I live in central Iowa. Sixty years ago, I was born with a BB gun in my hand. My first REAL air rifle was a Beeman R7. I still have it and still love it. Thirty years ago I began raising Purple Martins and have become a recognized expert having one of the largest colonies in Iowa. I bought a used R7 to keep sparrows and starlings out of my 13 Martin houses. I've been so satisfied with my R7 that, until recently, I failed to realize how sophisticated (and expensive) airguns have become. I recently got my first PCP, a package deal including an AirForce Condor with Shoebox compressor and SCBA tank. It keeps larger nocturnal "critters" away. Of late I've become interested in night vision and am pursuing options like the ATN X Sight II for my Condor. I also have a Baikal IZH 46M. Though not as powerful, the 46M is a tack driver like the R7. I'd part with neither of them. But if I had the money, I might consider upgrading the Condor to an FX Impact. Sure wish I could get one for what I paid for my R7 decades ago, ha ha.

If any members have suggestions for me, I'm all ears. And if anyone on this board is interested in starting a Purple Martin colony, it would be my delight to assist you.

Pinwheel87 here, aka Johnny Pease in N.Texas some 30 years and airgunning since Benjamin-Franklin days,even before Sheridan. New to PCP's been interested from Ted's very 1st video and later on,recently seeing all my powder burning benchrench rimfire friends run to PCP's and are all shooting extreme benchrest in .177.

Recently got my 1st Daystate .22 and after two weeks got sold on an Air Wolf which should be delivered real soon and intend to share some pics if I can figure it out. Excuse my mistakes as I'm new to "forums" as well and have no idea what I'm doing, but I do follow rules and learn quickly. So thanks for not swearing at me yet people.

Then click on the white lines in the upper left of the pic to get a drop down window. Then click on the image link. Put the cursor in your reply here where you want the pic to be. Then hold the cursor near it, right click, then left click paste​. That'll put the pic in place in your reply.
​I'm pushin' the low side of 61. & have been shooting for some 52 years. Even the rifles dad brought back from WWII as spoils of war. Had a Red Ryder, then a Crosman 760, which I'm having trouble finding? But I did find a Crosman .22 160 Pellgun in there, & restored that. It takes two 12g Co2 powerlets, unlike the two springer's I've since acquired. It's all too easy to spend money on these modern air rifles, with their increased power. Bench rest shooting & competitions are all too popular with these air gunners. So stick around, I'm sure you'll find lots to like here.

i live in Australia I am 14 right now and I own a bsa meteor evo .177. I first fell in love with air rifles about 6 or 7 years ago when my dad brought a .177 gamo I use to shoot sparrows and pesty bird then about 2 years ago we move to a new house and we have bigger and taller trees and we have a bit of a crow problem to I thought I should upgrade and brought the bsa air rifle and it seems every crow u shoot theres two more. And that's my story I hope to learn more from all of the more experienced air rifle shooters and hope I can help some people.

Started off with springers a couple years ago, moved up to PCP last year. Bought a couple Marauders and upgraded them. Wasn't satisfied with the performance so I recently acquired a Royale 400 and a Bobcat Mk2. I'm sold on FX. No need to do anything to them at all.

Hello, my name is Paul. Just getting into air guns. Got my son Crosman 1077 for Christmas to see if he would have any interest in it past the holidays. So far, so good. It's just me and him and a couple of times this weekend, he went out by himself to shoot. Probably to get out of folding clothes or doing dishes, but for him to put down his electronic gadgets, I'll fold his clothes. The 1077 is cheap fun but the trigger pull is terrible and makes it almost impossible to get consistent with it. Started looking for better options and was surprised at the wide variety of rifles and propellant options. So found a forum to get some info and "real" reviews and knowledge.

My name is Tim. I've loved Airguns since I was 10-11 years of age. I'm 50 now and the addiction has really taken a strong hold in the last 5 years. I've, mostly, gathered high end springers and have made that my quest, shooting long distance with boingers. In the last two years, I've started shooting ten meter competition and indoor air rifle silhouette competition. I just purchased my first PCP, and that's how I found this forum. The seller is a member here, and after poking around a bit, I joined and am looking forward to making new friends. I've been an active member of another forum for many years and I've already recognized a few names here.

My name is Scott. I have been an avid shooter for over 30 years and have many firearms that go bang. I have always kept a pellet rifle around and used it for plinking and such in and around the house when I couldn't shoot my "real" guns or so I use to think. My airgunning has been pretty vanilla. I started with a Crosman 760 and then bought a Daisy 880. That 880 carried me though college and was the source of much joy and money. We had a shooting range (college dorm hallway) where we would shoot for money. Everyone on the hall ended up getting into the action. With my winnings, I upgraded to a Benjamin 397 and walked away winning nearly every time. I had to let them win some to keep them interested. Some of them actually became great shots and beat me fair and square. I kept that Benjamin for years till one day someone stole it from my camp when I was away setting traps. They stole a bunch of food and other things as well, but I was most upset about my Benjamin being gone. I didn't replace it right away as I had plenty of other guns and not enough time to shoot them all. I fell into benchrest shooting and long distance shooting. One of my benchrest shooting friends bought several springers and we had a go at shooting them. I don't remember all of them, but I remember he started with a RWS with the side lever and quickly sold it for some more accurate and expensive springers. He and I would compete with them inside warehouses from benches where we would shoot bughole after bughole. Not many in our small community of benchrest enthusiasts really knew much about airguns. It was just another way to keep our benchrest skills active with little cost in ammo and keep our trigger fingers happy.

In 2010, the bug bit me to buy a pellet rifle so I bought an RWS 34 Diana .22 with a 4x scope. I wanted a gun that I could hunt with and also be relatively accurate. Since Youtube has been out, I have learned much more about Airguns. I am saving my pennies for a PCP. One day I will own a couple. I want a .177 and a .25 or .30. I am very impressed with the knockdown of the .25s and .30s Wow is all I can say. And of course I want a .177 for my target shooting itch.

I have two teenagers and a wonderful wife who doesn't mind when I sit at the kitchen table and shoot out the back open window or door. She sorta knew I was a gun nut before she married me and she encourages me to buy and shoot as much as I want. Can't beat that!!

I am Steve, born and raised in Pennsylvania. Used to be a gun collector in years past but was forced to sell out. I had bought a Beeman R9 years ago and still have it and recently started shooting again. My state just passed laws to allow airguns for hunting, so I am pretty pumped about that! I am really considering going PCP this spring, most likely in .25 caliber.
