Like many others I have been patiently waiting for you to review the Crown. Great review as usual. Beautiful air rifle and great choice of color for the stock as well. Thanks.

I have the Impact and after watching the review, I really want the Crown!!!! Major plus over the Impact is the barrel, the ability to shoot slugs through with the STX barrel!!!

That is a seriously impressive rifle.

What did Steve mean when he said that it was designed around the 25.39 grain JSB pellet?

As always, great review.  This would be a tremendous upgrade to my Marauder .177.  Big thanks to all parties involved.

Hard to believe the Crown can get almost 100 shots at 45 fpe in a .25 caliber. I remember reading so many forums on mods to get no where near those numbers….how things have changed.

I am amazed as well at the number of shots capable at .25 with the fpe that is being maintained! Looks like another amazing product by FX!  And a great review by AEAC. Thanks to Airguns of ArizonaAztec OpticsSportsmatch UK Ltd.JSB Match Diabolo, and Splatterburst Targets for the contest. Merry Christmas to everyone!

This would be an awesome addition to my trove of (cheaper) airguns… quiet and powerful!  But, I’d have to go and get a compressor etc., go figure!

You know that the barrels that affects designs for their guns such as the FX crown featured in this giveaway were using the 25.25 grain pellets in their development tests. Or at least that’s what I picked up front

I wonder what it would take to get the FX crown  in 30 caliber to shoot with  85 shots to 100 shots per fill and still maintain the minimum of 45 foot-pounds if not heavier. Steve do you have any say on this.?
