Yep, called him myself. He is ready to help you find and acquire whatever you are looking for. The next gun I buy will be from them. you can tell right away that Justin is just a regular good dude. When I make my trip to the mountains next year, I'm going by their place just to get to meet them. I'm also hoping to make it south on the return route and head my AoA.

I too have had a real good experience with Austin on a couple of Airguns, treated me fair...

Same thing for me just did a purchase on an impact and bottle + optic and bipod

I just got a crown from Utah airguns ,Austin kept up to date on my order .he was very helpful on MTC viper pro 70 - 80 yds bulls on bench are no problem with this gun , THANKS to everybody at the gun shop for all the input .

When I typed in Google this search phrase: " Please tell me Utah Airguns’ email address"  their home page came up. Next I clicked on "About" which gave me: [email protected]

I just ordered my second rifle from them. Austin, Trevor, Jessica....all super nice on the phone and very helpful!!

These folks don't mess around. I got a call from Jessica wanting to make sure she had everything in the box that I wanted before sending it out.

She said UPS had already stopped there but she would personally run the package to the center so it would go out that day instead of the morning.

Really who does that? Sure enough it actually left Utah last night and is on the way to me!!

I tried to reach out to Cameron but I haven't heard anything about my order since last week Wednesday. (I emailed him over the weekend)
So I just sent Trevor an Email. Hopefully he can give me an update on my new Impact "X".
Keeping my fingers crossed that it's on it's way!

I have purchased 4 airguns from Utah Airguns, 3 Fx and 1 Daystate as well as scopes, mounts, and pellets. I got excellent service before and after sales. I think I have met or talked to everyone on staff there. I used to ask for my favorites but now I just talk to whoever answers the phone and they are all well informed and work together to get me the information I need. I have been in the store when they are all busy with customers and I have called when it took a day or even two to get back to me, but I have found all of them to be responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I haven't always followed their counsel and have usually learned by experience that they were right. They have been willing to help me recover from my mistakes. I'll buy my next airgun there unless one of you makes me an offer I can't refuse on AGN Classified.
