Between working 45-50hrs a week, trying to organize two major US events, and trying to keep up with all of the logistics for Team USA BR, I miss a lot of stuff on the forums. I will try to hang out over here more often though, seems like there's more action here than on some of the other forums.

Probably not for the Regional Sam. As far as I know nobody is flying in for this one and I think everyone will have a full tank with them. 
I've arranged to rent several 120cf tanks filled to 4000 psi for the Nationals and my 135cf tank will also be available as I won't be shooting. I can get the 120cf tanks if necessary for the Regional if I have to...

There are plenty of slots left for the Nationals, and I suspect that there will be several available right up to match time. When I shot rimfire benchrest, I'd tell people the best place to find information was at a match within driving distance for you. Unfortunately, there just aren't that many air rifle benchrest clubs in this part of the country, so your best bet is to do just what you did...ask on the forums and hope someone can help!

Chas is correct, 25m and 50 yards. 
I got a call from Doug Miller from Cali last night, he'll be joining us for the Regional. Ken Hicks is also coming up from Florida, both are members of Team USA going to Slovenia this year. 
It's going to be a great weekend of shooting!
