IraqiVeteran8888 usually covers firearms but the airgun bug seems to have really bitten him hard. He's reviewed the Impact, Texan, Condor, and a few other airguns.

Waiting for it to hit the street and it will be my first PCP. I have three, pretty much one hole springers at 40 yards, so it will have a large task ahead of it.

He says it is a 4500psi onboard tank. I think he is mistaken and it is a 3000psi tank instead.

Looks like he had a pretty good breeze blowing too. It seems to shoot the crosman pellets well. Wonder what it could do with some JSB's? Mine is pre-ordered can't wait to get my hands on it.

Yep, that one is already a big seller and it should be. A reasonable quality regulated PCP at a price that makes sense. I'll be wanting one in .177 but can't justify so I'll just watch you lads that have them.

22Plinkster also dropped a video of the FX Streamline. It isn't really a review just him saying, "yes it's expensive, but it is crazy accurate and it isn't a firearm so you can use a moderator. It's more than enough gun for rabbits and squirrels."

My first impression of the Gauntlet is the shape of the breech and receiver. It uses Marauder magazines, and sure looks like a Marauder receiver modified a little to keep the bolt enclosed instead of a exposed bolt on the Marauder. (My terms are probably incorrect, but you get the idea)
According to Airgun Depot's video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eC-r4JzCTjI, it also has a Qb / Crosman style trigger.
I'm wondering if Umerex and Crosman didn't work out a deal to license the Marauder / Crosman designs to Umerex for this gun. Using Marauder magazines, Crosman style trigger, general look of the receiver, etc. make me wonder.
Unfortunately, we'll probably have to wait till one of our intrepid members buys one, tears it apart, and compares it to a Marauder.
I still plan on buying an Impact in a year or so, (Of course, subject to change), but seeing competition in the low end models is GOOD! I don't shoot competition, so ragged holes at 50 yards are good enough for me.

Long barrel and large dimension of all air pressure way let the gauntlet shoot 900-1000 FPS with only 1100 PSI ???
Very light and specially shaped valve can also help ?
