I did a search on this site and came up with nothing on Trigger Pull Scale Gauge. is there a certain type to buy ?? Do you need a special one just for air rifles??
I also wanted to purchase a chronograph, any good or bad ones out there?? Will the ones that check bullet speed work on pellets? I have several rifles and I need a chronograph but stumped at which one to buy, I can add one on my order that I am getting together
I also have had great luck with the Lyman. I have had mine for over 6 years now and still works great.
As far as a chronograph, I like the Pro Chrono from Competition Electronics. Coupled with CE IR screens, I have used mine in my gun shop for thousands of shots with absolutely zero errors.
Thank You for the advice, I just did not understand the part on CE IR screens.. The Pro Chrono received some great feedback and now I have a actual person telling me this is a good one and he is a gun shop owner... Thank You. I just need the screen part cleared up
CE meaning Competition Electronics and the IR screens are infrared wind screens that replace the factory solid plastic wind screens. These allow the chrono to work indoors and outdoors regardless of light conditions both artificial and natural. The IR screens can be purchased as an add on thru CE or most retailers that sell the Pro Chrono also sell the IR screens. Hope that helps.
