Tominco's speed run

Hope this works! My wife took this video of me shooting the practice run at EBR a few days ago...

Most, if not all, of the jams you see me dealing with are my fault. I cycle the rifle too fast and the magazine spins too far. I missed a few times with my second mag and that's why you see me reload after about 6 shots. The happy dance is my way of expelling excess energy. Otherwise, I would have jumped straight out of my seat and bothered the other shooters.

I was told that this is the fastest run ever recorded at EBR. Unfortunately for me, the next run was the one that counted and that was a complete mess! LOL! I'll be back next year chasing that gold again! :D

If you try this with your own rifle, I'm not going to be resposible for any damages. I used a stock .25 cal FX Wildcat with no modifications and .25gr JSB's

You guys are the first to see it because, to be perfectly honest, I haven't figured out how to post it on FB!

Happy shooting!

Hey Tom --it was even more impressive to witness that incredible feat in person! Congrats on breaking the 1:00 barrier -- never thought it could be done. Your focus and skill achieved through thousands of rounds of training have obviously paid off. You'll be the one to beat in 2016! It was a pleasure meeting you and your lovely wife at EBR this year.

Cheers,

-jim

LOL! Thanks FunGun!

Thank you all for the kind comments! I'm usually quicker to comment back but, I'm still unpacking from this event and the tremendous time I had!

binfordw - no semi-autos allowed. Somewhere in the rules it states that there must be a manual cycling of a bolt for each shot. Or, something along those lines. I think it might specifically say, no semi or full autos. So, I just taught myself how to do it! :)
Happy Shooting!
