"rgerling"UPDATE : The tracking number given to me has a new delivery date 9/18/17 problem is it's on it's way to Eaton ,PA. anybody live there or maybe tracking one on it's way to Missouri? The mystery continues!!!!
Me and Centercut have the same tracking number. I'm in Iowa and he is in California. The USPS site shows the compressor shipped under the tracking number we were given is scheduled to be delivered to someplace in Connecticut tomorrow, 09/18/2017. I am just glad I got a full refund! If one of these compressors does show up at my door I will be shocked. Not getting my hopes up. Probably just going to bite the bullet and purchase one off of eBay for a little over $300 and see how she goes. I knew that posting of the compressor for $192 with free shipping was too good to be true but I gave it a shot. Oh well....

"Saltlake58"$195 at Walmart - different seller

Says it's the Cyclone model mentioned above.

Can't afford right now, only 2 left at present

Very disappointed - but someone on the forum should get the good deal!
I ain't fallin for that poop again! I will find a more reputable place than a 3rd party seller from the Walmart site! Buyer beware!

For $172 it's probably worth the risk. You can't get burned too bad for that price. If you use a credit card (like I'd expect anyone online to do), and it doesn't ship, contact the credit card company, they'll pull it back from Walmart, who will be responsible to get it from Easy Vision Inc.

OK, you folks that ordered one of these from Walmart, did they ever show up?

At about 20 or so fills to pay for itself, it'd sure be nice to have one on site.

There are 8 or 10 listed at different prices. One company has two or three listings, so do beware. Definitely a risk to buy, but Walmart apparently will refund if needed. Hassle, but you might also get lucky.

And, PLEASE DO KEEP US POSTED! I might take the risk shortly. My desire to have an inexpensive pump might override my natural caution going after something that is too good to be true! I dearly hope it works out.

Walmart is NOT selling the compressor, a 3rd party is. They have ZERO reviews. Try calling the 800 number they have listed.

Sure you will (likely) get your $$ back, but these types of scammer make all of us pay more. The CC companies will eat the loss and then raise their fees and percentages to cover it.

I have a hard time labeling everyone without reviews as a scam. Do call the 800 number and make sure it actually works (that's a good idea!)

The fees for scamming are already built in to the costs and the banks are very quick to cut these people off. Credit card companies have long experience and metrics that will make your head spin. The metrics can identify the scammers after just one or two scams. If this is a scam, it may work better than most as it'll probably be a month before any complaints come in. Walmart ain't no spring chicken in this arena either. The normal time between purchase and expected delivery is usually a week, where here it's a couple weeks to month.

Point being is that labeling everyone without reviews as a scam takes the new, trying to be honest, business and makes it so they can't compete, ever! I for one am willing to take some chances as the system has safeguards built in, that I can take advantage of. Scammers work on the periphery and we will always have them, just can't get away. Risks abound in everything. This is just one more.

If you have read my past comments then you will know the answer to your question. My only hope is if you make the purchase and it doesn't work out hopefully you get your hard earned money refunded. Walmart compressor buyers beware..........
