Hey everyone, I came across an ad on Brad's (AA Classifieds) site that reeked of a scam. I posted a warning and very quickly received a response from someone who was trying to sell me that Ryan's ad was legit and that he had a meeting with the seller at 3:35 pm. It was for a Theoben Rapid 7 in .22 cal
He suggested I do more research before I made such accusations. This is his email.
*Mr Pedro please be careful of what you post about other people's ad . Ryan (Theoben Rapid 7 .22) is real he is not a scammer , he agreed to meet in person with me I want to buy his rifle. I will meet him by 3:35pm today he called me . take down your ad or you Edith letting others on the site no he is not a scmmer. Its a nice thing you are doing exposing all these low life scammers. But please be more careful carrying out your investigations.*

Right after that, I received another email from a guy named William stating that he received pics of the gun and forwarded them to me. I did a quick search and found they had been taken from another site.
I emailed back the first guy, Chris Ben, saying that his 3:35 meeting probably won't happen cause the OP, Ryan, who is selling the gun, is a scammer.
I received a follow up email from Chris Ben, here it is.
*Pedro just want to let you know that I met with Ryan as we both talk about meeting , I saw the rifle with him and j felt it but didn't buy it cause we didn't cone into conclusion on price because I wasn't having. Please you need to let them know that Ryan isn't a scammer the guy is real.*
So he makes no mention of where this so called meeting took place, cause it didn't.
Question to AGN members. Would you conclude there are two scammers working in conjunction or just one posing as two?
