I currently have it on my phone. There is no cellular service at the range where I practice. Will this app still work there? I've already found out that Chairgun does not.

Dude, he means to put it into airplane mode NOW so you don't have to go out to test it. Also Chairgun DOES work without cellular service.

Strelok Pro works while "off the grid" but you can not get current weather. Generally, not a problem unless you have large weather or altitude swings since the last time you used the "weather" portion of the app.
