I have a very nice Sterling HR 81 in 22 caliber. It is only putting out a little over 8 foot-pounds energy. 505fps for 14.66 grains. These are supposed to be just under 12 fp. Does anyone know if these have a leather seal? I could put a few drops of pellgun oil maybe. Don't know but any help would be appreciated.
