Squirrel Hunting

A backstop to prevent the continuation of pellets on their course. This is especially true on .22 and .25 which pass through squirrels and keep on going. If you have an audience, i.e neighbors that might see your pest control, shy away from head shots as the squirrels do some very impressive olympic floor routines just from nervous activity. Watch any youtube Squirrel Channel videos to see. Know the location and shoot for heart/lung. If in doubt get permission from police. Our department said have at it as long as its a pellet gun. Don't brag locally on what you bag, because not everyone appreciates you removing those cute cuddly critters in their vicinity. Post here instead, we appreciate the pics. Shelled food makes them pause and hold still, think black-oil sunflower seeds. Get some good recipes and enjoy what you harvest.
