"...I was pretty sure it was a forgery, but after consulting with the CZUB rifle team, I can confirm that the barrel in question is not a CZ-USA or CZUB product.

  1. The CZ-USA logo is not an approved variant. No air rifle barrels currently or previously made are authorized to use the CZ-USA logo on the end.
  2. We dont use material number 15 142
  3. CZ barrels dont have a diameter of 16mm after cold hammer forging
  4.  The surface has a different appearance than CZ barrels after the cold hammer forging. (see attachment for an example of the appearance of a CZ barrel after cold hammer forging)

...the seller has challenged the authenticity and genuine CZ USA email reply....about the hammer forged barrels with "CZ USA" stamped markings.... as they dont believe what they are selling are NOT genuine (ie: they are fakes) ; but surely they know, but are simply trying to play a poker hand and bluff to sow confusion ;) 

The seller actually want a News Release from CZ USA :eek: :lol:
