removing a moderator

I received my Weihrauch hw97 yesterday. I also purchased a moderator for it to use only in my backyard. While out hunting I want to be able to remove the moderator. Well it looks like the vendor loctited it in place and I cant get it off. I just assumed I would get the moderator in its packaging not loctited on. Anyway, does anyone have any idea how to remove the moderator without damaging my rifle? And also is there some law that requires moderators to be installed with loctite on air rifles? Just doesn't make sense to me.

Heat to break whatever bonding agent. Many nice slip on's for that rifle.
Exactly which mod you have will determine exactly where to apply heat, do you have say a 7,, new on the open end? If so remove all hair curlers & such first, then if threaded straight into the standard "brake" section heat there, is an adapter is in there, ...
If you like reading Tom gaylord, he has revised his statements just slightly on ldc,mod's... .
