Recommend a scope please - FX Crown

MTC Viper Pro or Hawke Airmax 30mm are your best options under $600. Can’t go wrong with either, but I’d lean towards the 5-30x50 Tactical. I have 2 and they are great optics with a very fine recticle that is great for target shooting and subtle lighting for hunting situations.

If you want a good deal on a Airgun scope check out the Tac Vecter Sentinel line.....for less than $200 it's everything you would want in a Airgun scope with surpringly good glass..30mm main tube side focus and a lit half mil dot reticle.You can spend alot more if you want but these are great scopes at a very competitive price.

I too am awaiting FX Crown in ,25.
Have bought in readiness Viper pro 5-30x 50 as mentioned here already.
Mounts - seemngly need either FX no,limits or Sportsmatch ATP 66 . Both are high,30mm and height adjustable. The latter is also left/right adjustable for centring to the bore not the rail.
Trying the Viper on my Vulcan it is short on MOA so essential for height adjustment.
Further according to Professor Ted, essential on the Crown.
Think I will buy the Sportsmatch item.
re Viper only used it a little , like the concept of turret adjustment shown in little screen. Nicely made but I do not hunt, so the weight of the Viper is not an issue. Would think unsupported shooting with the Crown/Viper combo is not for everyone.Worth taking scope weight into account.

Think Joe says - do you wanr Ir? Do you want a nice box? Do you want to pay 30% more than scope is worth for hype advertising? Etc etc.

SWFA FFP Scope with HD glass is the way to go.

Athlon makes nice scopes.
