Really wrong order made right

It all started simple enough, late one afternoon I call the number listed and tell the order taker I want a Hatsan 44 synthetic stock long in 22 caliber.
All seems well until I check my order and it is for a 44 PA. I fire off an email to Airgun Depot and tell them to stop the order if the PA refers to PUMP ACTION, tyhen follow up with the order number telling them to canell it if it is for the pump action, he assures me it is NOT pump action, that is just the way it is listed. Well I follow the little vcream and purple truck from Utah to Tennessee. When it arrives I open the box with anticipation and it is PUMP ACTION . . . .dang.

BOX IT UP AND FIRE OFF A NASTY EMAIL DEMANDING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION, Yes I somewhere around livid, then I get a survey asking how my order went. Response was you really do NOT want to know what I am thinking.

Anyway the return authorization come through and I tell tem I wan a full refund on my CC.

Justin emails and asks what I was really looking for and by return email lay it out, and he informs me that they had 3 in stock, would I want one. Several anal responses from me laying out every nit noid detail of what I wanted and Justin says yes that is what we have, do I want one. Yes, I do so once again i internet follow that truck across the country, Saturday delivery.

It shows up, I open the box and lo and behold, exactly what I asked for.few shots and the sights are on, but wait I want a scope so I dig one out and not one set of rings I have are high enough . . .

DANG

Wait there is a second scope, get it installed sighted in and it is dark

All that to say THANX to Justin at Airgun Depot and his great customer service to make a wrong order right.
