They may not have a brick and mortar location but when you're a thousand miles from one of those anyway it doesn't make much difference. I deeply appreciate all the information PA provides. Reading their customer reviews is very helpful. PA makes videos and puts them out there. Their customer support is A++. They have lots of good deals on everything an airgun enthusiast could ever want. When they ship pellets they are packaged like they are eggs. Their website is top notch and kept updated extremely well. You never have to wonder or call them up to know if something is in or out of stock. I've gone different directions in my purchases but I think I've become a loyal customer. They obviously care about my business and go out of their way to get it. Means a WHOLE lot.
