Pyramid Air hasle after order

After a big order of a gun, scope mounts, scope, pellets and other goodies I got to sighting in my new gun. The scope would not adjust and I called Pyramid Air and they said I had to send the whole order back to them to get a scope that worked. Called Gamo and they said a replacement was on the way. That is my last order placed thru
Pyramid Air.

Actually this was not my order but a friend I got into airguns. He started a short time ago with a springer and as I predicted he up graded to a PCP. It took longer to receive the order than expected and then dealing with customer service after having an issue with the scope. He emailed me about the frustration he had to deal with. The only issue he has is with the scope. I can't imagine what Pyramid Air is thinking by insisting the whole order be returned. It is nice to hear Gamo took this serious and stepped up and is making things right. Shame on Pyramid Air.
 
I had a very similar problem with PA. My 4 month old Coyote (purchased fro PA) was leaking air. I called and said I can fix it but I really need a schematic parts explosion drawing. I was told they had nothing like that and they were no longer servicing Gamo's. I must go to Gamo. Hmm 3 month old. OK well can you email the BSA schematic because it is the BSA gun in a Gamo Stock. I was told no.

Called Gamo explained the problem they were upset at PA but I had the drawings in 10 minutes and proceeded to fix the gun. I am turned off by PA service.
