Pressure dips after filling when I recharge my armada. i’ve just been assuming that either the gun has a relief valve or maybe it is just because I am filling directly from the compressor. Maybe when I open the bleed before shut down, or perhaps the air coming from the compressor is really warm and cools down and loses pressure? Does anybody have information on this phenomenon?

Pressure will always fall right after filling. Like your theory stated, gas heats as compressed (higher pressure) and cools or expands (lower pressure).

When filling the tank you want to "Fill Slow and Bleed fast", most times when people first get a bottle it winds up just the opposite (filling fast and slowly opening the bleeder) and leads to the exact phenomenon you have described.
