Press release - FX Airguns USA is set to open their doors this week!

"likkitysplyt"Hot Damn ... I live just outside of Charlotte ... I can be in Wilmington in 3 hours. Got a Impact and a Wildcat and am gonna come down and meet the folks ...if they don't throw us out. Gonna actually get to meet the world famous Ernest ... heck if I can sit outside the coliseum for 2 days to see the Grateful Dead, I can sure sit outside the building waiting to see Ernest just so I can shake his hand and get him to tune my Impact. Life is good and getting better every day. After a few years of driving a semi coast to coast and about 35 years of driving a 9,000 gallon gasoline tanker all over Charlotte ... I am fully retired now and have all the time in the world to do what I choose to do ... Good Lord Willing. I'll even drive down and hand my guns to the folks there personally for repairs and tuning. God Bless FX, God Bless Ernest and God Bless the United States of America.
Likkity,
When time comes for you to visit FX here in Wiilmington, let me know and maybe you can come by and visit us before ya head back to Charlotte. Always interesting to meet an airgunner. We're a rare breed ;-)

Jimmy

Yes indeed Jimmy, that's very kind of you to give the invite. Methinks we are a breed apart also ... just what kind of breed, I'm not sure. All I know is that I very seldom shoot my powder burners anymore and have had thoughts about selling them and buying a Crown with the proceeds. Sometimes I feel like I am living proof that evolution can go in reverse, but when I get ready to take the plunge and visit Wrightsboro, I'll give you a heads up and we can chew the fat awhile. I'm not the best shot in the world, but I enjoy trying. Again, thanks for the invite ... John

This is pretty cool. Hoping that this will drastically cut the "wait time" down when ordering guns like the Crown. And I'm in NC with a 2 hr drive to Wilmington. Any need for repairs and I could just drop it off to Ernest and then go visit that cute girl I know who lives there. Win-Win!

Only one thing ....I hope since FX is now in NC that we won't have to pay sales tax even if ordering from an out-of-state retailer!?! That would be close to an extra $100 bucks on the same Crown.

i wanted to add a congrats to Ernest.....it's been great having him as our own private best kept secret but I'm sure he'll bring a lot to the table to FX. They are getting a really good deal. All the best!

Good deal!

After watching Ernest vids it seems like a lot of fixing is needed on these rifles and having a service center state side with "official" warranty capability will only benefit the customer base.

Best to all in this endeavor. By the way, who is going to do all the mods on other guns now that Ernest is direct with FX? Will that be a conflict?

Regards,

DT
