I am using an app call "Rotate & Flip" on iOS and it works well to fix the mirror video. It's not on the fly but gets the job done after its recorded on the phone.

I am using an app called Filmic Pro because it both reverses the image and allows you to set focus, zoom and exposure manually. It also allows you to set up a profile which does all of those things automatically and record in slow motion as well.
