Please Help: Hatsan BT-65 Shooting Bad

So I'm super new to airguns. I bought a Hatsan BT-65 off the classifieds here. When I first got it, it shot great. Now it doesn't. I would really appreciate your advice on what to do. Pellets are Exact Jumbo Express .22 (14.35 grains)

It seems like the gun was great until after I shot from under cover during a rainstorm. It's shot progressively worse ever since then.

My thoughts:
  1. I have a Hill pump. By some chance did I pump the gun "full of water"? I tried dry firing over a piece of metal to see if it blew moisture, and it didn't. Do airguns need their tanks drained? If so, how do I do it on a Hatsan?
  2. Could my scope have went bad that fast? I know it's a cheap one.
  3. What else should I check? Any help is appreciated!

    Example groups are below.

Here is an earlier group. My first groups were better than this. All groups prone at 25'.

Then we had a crazy rainstorm in Washington. I shot from inside my garage; so the rifle was dry. But the groups where on a sting vertically... So after the rainstorm, I shot this:

Now the rifle is shooting like this:

Here are a few things to check.
1- scope tight on the rail as mentioned before
2-o ring on the inside of the barrel where the pellet probe slides in
3- barrel set screws ( two on the left side of receiver )
4-if it's the QE model or have a barrel muffler , check for pellet clipping inside on baffles
5- make sure your barrel is clean ( big rain =big rust) pull a couple patches through until clean
6- check that the receiver /action is tight to the tube

If these items all check out . You may need some heavier pellets . I would try some 18 grain JSB . From factory the BT 65 runs pretty hot for such light weight pellets .Do you have a chrony to see at what speed your shooting at? Anything over 1000fps is usually not good for accuracy.
are all these groups on the same fill? If they are ,refill to 200 bar and see if the groups tighten up. If they tighten up you're shooting your pellets too fast . That means you have two options , reduce hammer spring tension (adjustable with the stock removed) or heavier pellets .
