Please attatch pics of homemade air tank holders/carriers/protectors.

The first one is a smaller 30 minute tank. The second one is for the larger tank. I used one of the rounds I cut out, mounted it on the lathe and turned a dish in it for the tank bottom then glued it in place. I still have more to do on this second edition. You can use it standing or lay it on any side. The electric cable ties are used to hold it in the mount. Nick

Golf club bag cart works great. Folded it takes little room and opened up makes it easy to move around even on rough ground.

Great ideas so far. 
I'd be interested to see what some of you are doing with your 90 ci little tanks.

This was my first attempt. Going to be building a “Mark II” soon. Will be a mix between this & socaloldman’s rendition.

This is a protective tank bag I have been working on. I still have some more work to do on it before it is complete, but I have a good start on it.
Under the bag is 1/2" of closed cell foam to protect the tank from dings.

I wanted safety for me should any accident happen. I do not want a 4500 psi missile near me with a exposed and vulnerable valve hanging out there for the bomb to have the fuse lit.

Ted- very nice!!! you must be a plumber. I was going to do the samething but those fittings are like 60-80 bucks each -pipe60-100 bucks- where did you get your material? is that 8"id pipe?. I have a great white from joe b. I live in s.w. wa. being a ex welder I have the same concerns-MISSILE!!!!!! thankyou

I am no plumber but am a a Superintendent on large multi-family projects and I have a keen eye for materiel on the job!! Also being pleasant to all my subs they are happy to supply me with parts like this.

I had no clue these parts are so damn expensive !!! I spotted the pipe in a pile and the flat end cap in a big box of misc fittings, the plumber got me the threaded fitting and threaded cap
for the liner I used a old camp sleeping pad and spray glue for the pink camo blanket my daughter did not like. 

I feel so much better transporting the tank now because I go in some pretty nasty areas to shoot.

I may paint it too.
