I really enjoy purchasing AG related products from Penchetta's. As an AGN consumer with a constant need to satiate my addiction, they deliver on time and as promised. Their website is always current and MOST importantly, it is continuously updated to show what they have in stock and ready to ship! A website that shows products and ability to add to cart without knowing availability is worthless! This is important to me because some items in high demand are hard to source.
One of my pet peeves is using a website, then followed up by phone call to a retailer that is too busy, or poorly staffed to address incoming phone calls. Which can easily be resolved through available technology to integrate websites with inventory systems. These kinds of businesses will only get my business as a last resort for a hard to source item. I do not enjoy or understand companies that want to make me wait 20 or more minutes on a phone for thousands of dollars in sales. To me, this shows a total lack of respect for a customer and their time. I can only surmise that airgun customers must somehow be endless in numbers and they don't need or want business. Great business model.
Penchetta's is fast, courteous, accurate, informative, and delivers on the concept of customer service. They will consistently get my REPEAT business because they have earned it. Small things indicate their commitment to me, such as a simple hand written thank you from Anthony @ Penchetta's on their invoices.
