Pellet washing story...

We have all seen the commercials about how this Brand X of soap is better than this brand Y of soap. Well I'm convinced. Here is the short version of the story. I grabbed a bottle of Dawn soap from under my wife's kitchen sink. Yes the wife's. I have learned anything in the kitchen is HERS and I should ask permission to use HER stuff. ;-) Anyway I grab this small bottle of Dawn and go thru the process of washing my pellets. Hot water soap up rinse and repeat. Thinking I am done and ready to lay them out to dry, the wife informs me that the "soap" in the "Dawn" bottle really is not "DAWN"....Darn it!

I decided I would get the real "DAWN" and start over....WOW was I impressed. The water turned grey and the pellets got a lot cleaner, even after being washed in the cheap soap that my wife had put in the empty dawn bottle. I will never just use soap to wash my pellets. IT will be the real "DAWN" soap, it is truly a superior product when it comes to removing oils and greases.
EDIT: I must give credit where credit is due....I did see Tom's video and learned before, I wanted to use DAWN. Sorry I forgot rule #1, ask the wife for permission to use her kitchen. Otherwise I would have used Dawn the first time. But hey, this makes for a much more entertaining story! Thanks Tom!! u da man!
