Anyone have a good recipe to help make it easier to see the pellet in flight similar to a tracer round without messing up the barrel?

I read an article or saw a video where an air gunner painted the back of pellets to make them show up better on video. The pellets were placed in drilled holes in foam or soft plastic, then lightly spray painted white. Fluorescent red/orange might be good.

I have been painting pellets and slugs for 4 years now, some are on youtube...
did the white like Hajimoto, but have gone further with 3 neon colors and are UV, but not glow in the dark,..

Try to line up your shot with the sun at your back. Also video your shot and slow it down with a video program. You'll be surprised at what you can see.

I know this doesn’t work now, but in the winter I was shooting over the frozen lake with snow on it. I could easily see the looping. .25 and .22 easy to see. The .177 was trickier but doable. Crow

What brand fluorescent paint you guys using?
I have prepared (sorted/lubed) at least 5-6 tins of .25 but for fun of it a next tin I will wash but not lube until I pant them.
