New dealer in USA

Dear Eduard,

I have been using your L2 for a few months and just recently ordered the REPR from Edgunwest. Unfortunately, after installing the REPR, there was a leak through the regulator during pressurizing. I contacted Brian at Edgunwest and was told to check the O-ring of the regulator When I took it apart, indeed the regulator O-ring was torn. Furthermore, the four pairs of Belleville Discs were not stacked in pairs. There were also a lot of sandy debris around the discs. I cleaned everything up and reoriented the discs in pairs and replace the O-ring. I was able to pressurize the 350 cc bottle to 300 bars. Unfortunately, the regulator gauge still registers zero bars. The gun will not shoot either because the trigger is not engaged with any pressure in the regulator. Now I cannot return the REPR because I cannot take it apart. I asked Brian what to do and his answer was "wait" I do not know what I am waiting for or for how long. He is not replying to my queries now because he felt I insulted him by questioning if he sent me a returned unit. I now have a non functional gun and do not know what I can do to move forward. Please help. I have contacted Airgunsource.ca as well as Edgun.shop, both of which I had good experiences with before but neither of them are giving me any help.
