Yes it has tons of products. But I have never been dealt with so poorly when they got my order wrong. They did not fess up to the fact that it was their fault they didn't send me something. I am still waiting after ordering the product a month ago to get it. I have called several times and emailed twice. My wife took it over and talked to them as well. The manager promised they would ship it ASAP. Yet it still is not here. I spent a lot of money there, as you know these things are not cheap.

I have never had a bad experience with PA. I received damaged product and it was fixed right away. Some times people have a bad day give them a chance.

Ordered 3 times from PA and never had any issues. I made one order from R&L, a nice SCBA to DIN adapter. Fast service and no issues.

Dr - It's unfortunate you have had a bad experience with them - I know what that is like - you feel hopeless to do anything about and angry.
I have ordered form them for many years without an issue. I have placed orders at night noticed I forgot something, call first thing in the morning and they were able to add to the order. I have returned expensive items without problem. They have always been polite and helpful. I'm sure you will get it resolved - please post your results.
