I was visiting at my uncles this morning and the conversation came around to BB guns and air rifles. I told him about mine and what they could do in terms of accuracy and power. He refused to believe that my "BB" gun could deliver the "goods" so to speak. He insisted I prove it to him. His challenge... take out a chipmunk in his back yard at more than 30 yards with a clean kill shot. I asked him which rifle he would like demonstrated. He said I better use the 30 caliber as that would have the best chance of doing anything. I told him I thought it would be a little excessive, but if he insisted..... Out came the FX Bobcat MKII. A couple minutes later a chipmunk pops up 35 yards away. "Here is your chance to show me" he says. I line up the cross hairs on the chipmunks head and.... you can see the results below.

Have never seen that happen before. Maybe it was a little overkill
Needless to say he had to try it out. After 10 shots he had 4 more dead chipmunks. Now is is trying to convince my aunt that he needs a new "tool" to get rid of the chipmunks from around the yard. Oh well.... If he is not successful in his campaign I'm sure I will be invited over for morning coffee more often
