Most accurate springer for the money?

Tn_Airgunner,
If you could narrow the scope of the question a bit, I am sure you will get some great answers.
Tell us what Caliber you want.
Tell us about what Foot Pounds Energy (FPE) you want.
Tell us what is the price range you are searching for.
Tell us how you define accuracy, for example: some people feel that anything which will group less than one inch at a specific distance is "accurate"
On the lower cost end, generally as FPE goes up into the Magnum range, accuracy goes down (in many cases due to the shooter more than the rifle).
Most people feel it is less of a challenge to achieve good accuracy with lower powered air rifles.
My 22 Cal Benjamin Trail NP2 (magnum range 20 FPE springer) will print groups which are sub-nickel size at 25 yards.
Many of the lower powered springers will literally stack one pellet on top of another at 25 yards.

I guess it all depends what you mean by "for the money". If you're wanting an accurate gun for next to nothing, the .177 Ruger Blackhawk Elite is $100 with a scope (not a good one). Not only is it accurate but it has a lot of power too. Sometimes on sale for $86 at Wally World. Read the reviews on it at Airgundepot

I have 2 crosmans that I have done some work on that I can stack pellets at 25 yards with.

Crosman Nitro Venom Dusk 22 with Hammers 3x9x32ao scope

Crosman TR77 NPS 177 Cal with Hammers 3x9x40ao scope

Both of them have been amazing, but took custom barrel pivot washers, and trigger jobs before they dialed in. Although I love them both I prefer the Nitro Venom because its massive, and I am gorilla sized so sadly I decided to list my TR77 for sale here in the classifieds.

I will see if I can find pics of a target session.I dunno if its my laptop or photobucket but every time i go to the site it locks my laptop up.

I had one of these as well, altough it did require a easy checkup and cocking linkage fix I found it to be extremely accurate and very powerful for a easy to cock springer. 1000 FPS with 7.9 Gr pellets. It was a fun rifle to own, nice latching system. It is currently boxed up and awaiting my nephew to open it for Christmas! He is an avid hunter and I felt the accuracy, weight, power, and auto safety feature made it a great rifle for him to use for small game which has been legalized recently in his area.

I have a half dozen springers and it may not be accurate to say "many" springers stack pellets at 75 feet? And my springers span from $150 to $750. I would not want someone to spend $200 and think they could "stack" pellets at 25 yards. One of my FWB300s or my AA TX200 mark3 shoot pretty well. And so do some of the others with the work I've done on them................. but if you go out and buy a springer don't be disappointed if they take some work and a lot of practice to do what you will read on the net.

If you can fine one you would be hard pressed to fine a better shootet them a FWB 124d . 860-880 fps with jsb 8.4 for 13/15 fpe. 18-20 lb cocking effort. Brain dead accurate. Sparrows no problem @ 65 yds if you do your part. German master craftsmanship at its finest.
Always start with a good barrel. You can work on a trigger but a bad bbl is just bad. FWB 124'S all come with match grade barrels.
