Met a fellow airgunner at the post office today 8/5/15

It is so strange, because as most of you know, there are not a lot of airgun addicts out there in the general public that are like us? You just never think you will run into one where I live? The only other one I know is my buddy Paul and I enabled him to become addicted earlier this year;-)

I'm in the post office of a little hick town called Rocky Point NC. I mean, Rocky point is so hick, it doesn't even have a bank! LOL

I'm there trying to send a refund to a fellow airgunner on the west coast.The rifle had a major leak before I could ship it and we both agreed to cancel the sale and return his money.

While. I'm filling out the m.o. , this guy walks in with a small rifle rifle scope and inquires about shipping it. We exchanged small talk and come to find out this guy has a .25 cal TalonP. Say's he doesn't have a tank and that he is on his third hand pump? LOL
I told him about all my rifles and my buddy Paul's rifles and our tanks and nitrogen set up and this guy just lit up. I gave him my name and number. I'm pretty sure he'll be at Camp Fussell soon! I've never shot a Talon before ? Can't wait!

This means either you will be buying a new Airforce gun or he is going to end up buying a version of one of your gems. LOL, he's ruined and doesn't even know it yet. 

Once he stops by the camp and sees you mag shooting he will want something other than the single load, I'm sure. I'm interested in shooting a Airforce gun myself. If they had a mag fed gun, I would have probably went that route. They are progressive looking!

Stan, I know exactly where Pink Hill is. On NC 11 like yer heading to Kinston from Beulaville, not far from Deep Run
My folks grew up in Rose Hill, so I'm more familiar with Duplin County, but know Lenoir county pretty good.

I remember Pink Hill had or has a John Deere Museum? Seems like the last time I was through there it was looking a little shabby?

You're about 45 minutes north of Camp Fussell here in St Helena just below Burgaw.
Are you a Springer or a PCP shooter? You'll have to come down and visit. Paul & I will sway you over to the Dark Side if you're a Springer shooter ;-)

I think the sport is growing..... just a matter of time.
Get out and recruit!!!!!!LOL

DaveI guess everyone here will just have to get the AIRGUN NATION sticker to show our addiction and with any luck we will find more like minded persons to share our sport with or maybe start a conversation to spread the addiction.

Wow Dave, you're only an hour away from AJ in Uniopolois
And CJ, you're just under 3 hours away from Hunter Roark in McHenry
And Gundog, we didn't catch where you are from?

Michael, I'm thinking of buying some of that magnetic sheeting and putting the AG Nation stickers on them. Might want to look into the magnetic stickers? Could be a another big seller?
