Looking for .25 cal heavy hitters!

So I have been working on a project for a long time now a swaged 25 caliber slug and now that I have success my daystate does not group them as tight as I would like. They are 40+ grains. Beautiful bullets but too heavy for the Daystate! Looking for some shooters with high power non choked .25's like the condor to test the slugs free of charge, just post the results here. I will supply each tester with a sample and would like to see them tested in a variety of platforms at 25, 50, and 100 yards if you have access to 100 yards. This will help me make a decision on a purchase and if they work for you I would make them for a trade i.e. diablo pellets that I can run through the Daystate! thanks in advance.

Here is a pic, they are trunicated hollow base and I will make a sample of 40 and 50 gr would like to know velocities, fill pressure and any relevant info that would help the community. I can also give length of projectiles for those that may be using a mag fed pcp.

Sounds good, I am looking for a .25 that will stabilize these and push them in the neighborhood of 900 fps. I will get some made up, probably at least 500 pieces and give 20 of each weight to those willing to do the legwork of testing. I will also post overall length to make sure they will function through a given magazine. If there are any condor owners out there I would really like to see how they perform in that platform as I have been leaning in that direction anyway but I will keep an open mind until I see the results. Shooting to have them ready in a few weeks!

Have you tried sizing them down a little?
less resistance before they hit the choke maybe...
and I do believe that a factory. 25 Air force barrel is lothar walther choked .
just has a lot more adjustability and power..
I've also read how the Sumatra rifles do very well with slugs and no lack of power there.
just my two cents!
I'm looking into a high power .25 also for coyote hunting and am very interested in your findings here.

"Snake-Eyes"Oneshot61 I am not familiar with the ace, is it mag fed and what is the weight of the projo you're pushing to 957 fps?

It is mag fed, has a revolver style like the Sumatra rifles. Im shooting a 51 grain bobs boat tail. Its like the 357 ace precisions a few guys have on the gta, maybe here too? They imported 10 of the 357, and I believe only one of the .25. 400cc dual tube with the barrel running through the top tube.

Its the one on the top.

I reached out to a couple of condor 25 owners and got word back, so we have a condor tester! I need to make a six cavity core mold to produce the cores faster and then I will be ready to pump out volume. The process is to cast a core which is just a straight cylinder, swage to an exact weight which is adjustable and then swage the core to final diameter and dimension.
