I built out my own fill tank a few months ago and had problems with the gauge assembly leaking. Michael Piantoni at Thermo Cascade sent me replacement o-rings free of charge. When that didn't solve the problem he sent me a replacement gauge assembly free of charge. He told me to keep the old one until I was sure that the problem was resolved. I couldn't have asked for better, more responsive assistance. I'd gladly work with him again.
