Just put my deposit down on a RAW TM1000. I'm going to use it for 25 yard/meter bench rest shooting and eventually field target. It has the accessory rail underneath so I can put a bench rest plate on it when shooting bench rest and a knee riser when shooting from the sitting position in FT. Those guns are S W E E T ! Got it in the thumb hole laminate stock in wine with the titanium shroud and a carbon fiber moderator. I'm super psyched. Martin said 12 weeks lead time. Ticking, ticking.....

Now is the hard part the wait... I currently have three RAWs and love each one. One for Field target HM 1000 in .177, one for Benchrest BM 500 in .177, and one for Extreme Benchrest BM 500X in 30 cal. I am sure you will have lots of fun with your new rifle.

I too have a RAW on order from Martin. Its a .25 HM1000X LRT. We will see how it stacks up when I get it.

I ordered a walnut stock with a left handed action. What wood did you order? It has been the same as waiting for Christmas when I was a kid. Time seems to have stood still. The factory tour video ramped up my excitement level but didn't help the wait. But you know it is kinda fun filling like a kid again.

The newest .177 barrels seem to be working very well in high power ( 1,000fps muzzle ) which is making me lean back to .177 should I vere be able purchase another of Rapid Air weapon's rig. Martin posted these note cheery picked .177 groups

Marksman, I ordered the thumb hole laminate stock in Wine color. Spysir, I got it in .177 with the Polygon LW barrel. Regular 185 cc air tube. What's new for the TM is that the shroud is not stainless steel anymore, it's titanium. Martin said it's a bit more rigid. It's going to be set up at around 20 foot pounds. This way I should be able to shoot FT as well with some lighter pellets. Will probably shoot the JSB 13 or 16 grain pellets for bench rest.

Man! All I can say is u will love that gun, I want another, I have the same gun in .177 w/ carbon shroud & silencer. I think I will order a BM-500 in .177 w/ polygon barrel, got to work couple days of O.T. First!

Chas, sounds like a great setup. I believe " could be mistaken " the groups I posted were with the newest poly barrel. Really looking forward to seeing your all finished as I am greatly hankering for a tiny-bore that can still reach out to range.

Been keeping a eye on RAW may be a 177 from them in my future. They are not far from where I live may check to see if they allow you to come down and check out there facility.
