interesting observation

Today decided I did not want to do anything but be lazy and shoot. I have one of those ideal shops to shoot out of with heat and AC so weather doesn't bother me. However I do need to get some plastic strips to hang from the bottom of my 10x10 overhead door to keep from loosing heat when open. Anyway, was shooting the wildcat 22 and the impact 25 50 and 75 yards. Was working on making one ragged hole and all at once my groups opened up to over an inch on both guns. Noticed that it had started snowing and the heavier it snowed the more the groups opened up. Snow was coming straight down with no wind. As soon as the snow stopped the accuracy returned. I had no idea snow would have that effect. I'm interested now to try shooting in the rain. Anyone else notice this?
