I forgot...

"chasdicapua"Joe sells a regulated or unregulated valve that screws onto the 6000psi nitrogen tank. If you get the unregulated one, don't try to fill your gun directly from the nitrogen tank. That's a ton of pressure in there. I fill my great white with it, then my rifles from that.
Copy that... Thanks for pointing that out.

I just realized that I should have asked a different questions. Since I am planning on taking my tank with me on vacations, the questions is, what do I need to do in order to just walk into a welding shop and fill my tank?! I understand that I would get one of those valves that Joe sells, IF I had my own Nitrogen tank, but since I do not, what setup do I need to just "tap" in to an existing Nitrogen bottle? Hope that makes sense?

Thanks,

Kmd

My experience with welding supply stores here in Minnesota. They have no clue and didn't want to help me with this question and I can guarantee they won't fill your tank. You are better off contacting either a dive shop or a paintball store in the area you are visiting. Their "air" will be compress breathing air. I was going to buy/rent a 6000 psi tank and get a regulator but just decided to get a compressor. It is way easier than depending on the paintball store to fill my 4500psi tank that has never gotten completely full yet (5 times) since they fill from a big tank that seems to never be full.

It's very frustrating
