Was my late Uncle's since new.

Had been unfired for no telling how long... but long enough for the following malady to materialize... Still shot OK but something was "amiss". Once torn down the edges of the seal looked "off"... peered down the receiver tube with a flashlight and the rest was like jigsaw puzzle pieces stuck to the perimeter of the transfer port.
Cleaned out the remnants and replaced the seal (leather) a while ago, and now she gets shot fairly regular. Well worth the effort.

Will try to get some FPS numbers as able. Guessing it will be in the mid to high 500's

JohnL57,

I saw that picture of yours in the FWB124 thread and commented, LOVE that picture by the way (of yours). Thanks for posting it. Can't get enough of these fine old guns. Your stock looks to be in a little bit better shape than mine. Mine has a few dings and gouges on the fore-end that show up on closer inspection. Also thought you might like to know yours looks like it has the correct rear sight hood which is a few millimeters longer than my reproduction one.
