I purchased a Ninja valve for a 90ci Carbon Wrap tank that I found elsewhere. The website listed it as In Stock. After placing the order they notified me about 4 days later that it was out of stock, sorry, and should be restocked soon. The next week I asked for an update and was told it would be about another week. Same thing the following week. It's now been almost 4 weeks and they've stopped responding, nonetheless, they charged my credit card 4 weeks ago. Not happy about this, and I think it is most unprofessional.
