How much eye relief should there be , if any, between the scope and the camera? Thanks again

Depends on the scope actually. The eye relief between the camera and the scope should ideally be between 1 and 3 inches. Whatever gives you the perfect view of the reticle. Remember the ideal CAMERA relief is not the same as the ideal Mark 1 Human Eyeball (it will likely be closer for 'A Camera').
