Grey Fox helps himself

I've taken a dozen Fox over my lifetime. I have tanned their hides, made hats, displayed tails, taxidermied one, caught pups, etc. Red and grey varieties were plentiful on our farm. They are really cool critters. As long as they aren't a pest I generally let them pass these days. I've taken out plenty of squirrels and three beaver lately. No beaver footage because they were dispatched with either a 12guage shotgun or .22magnum. I don't even mind the crows in my yard, but I detest gnawing squirrels. Good thing they are tasty! The Fox agreed on that point. : P

I suspect squirrels are a staple in a lot of critter diets, even the domestic kind. There are enough to feed everyone around here.
