You need to have office or some kind of PDF reader to open the file. If it doesn't open on your computer and you can't get a program try it on your smartphone. If it doesn't work on your smartphone you can download an office app that will open the file.

Are we going to see some FX Impact clones coming out of China manufactured with substandard safety standards/materials? Someone from China tried to get the FX Impact Auto-CAD files here on AGN about a year ago also with the same "DIY" intention for the "love of the hobby"...
