FX Impact Velocity Data

I think you could ask Ernest. Just FYI hammer adjusters are different from first run impacts to second run. (first run has 3 lines, second run has 4 lines) One reason why I say mic it. My hammer spring is one spring. First run was 3 springs (one short two long). A good set of guages would help with where your reg is set. Unless you know what it is set at for SURE, if you are like me. You don't know unless you do it yourself or you TRUST the person who did it for you..I would trust Ernest. I have never talked to him but you don't get a reputation like his with out doing GREAT work. Others ...not so much. I am sure there are some places to get it worked on, but who says the new guy isn't working on your gun, but you might get lucky and get on the bench of the guy who knows the gun in and out. On mine the pellet probe was not lined up with the transfer port on the barrel, just something to check. Not easy to explain how to fix. Mine was not deep enough by .020. I know it doesn't sound like much. Look at it with your barrel off and pellet probe in hand, push it in the barrel till the two holes are perfectly lined up, then pull it out .020 it is a lot. I hope this helps.

I have tested the 177 royale with jsb 8.4 and 10.3 on medium and high power. The heavies are extremely accurate at 775 (medium power) and at high power in 2 guns. I can't remember the high power speed. .33-.6" 5 shot 50 yard groups are the norm.
The 8.4s are less accurate but partly because they sometimes bind a bit in the magazine. When the band they throw fliers out 2 inches. The 10.3 doesn't bind.

I don't understand what this has to do with fx impact velocity data?

My Impact 25 has been shooting great groups at 75-100 yards if I do my part. Today I put it through the crony and all maxed out it was getting 830. Reg was reading 125-130. Opened it up one flat and that brought the gauge up to approx 140 and my speed up to 855. Can't distinguish that it made my groups any better though. Still shoots about 1 in at 75 and 1 1/2 at 100 if conditions are perfect and I'm having a good day. Thing I noticed was now there is vary little change in fps between 5-max-A. Started checking to see where the most constant string was, but ran out of time. It's got me to wondering why there is so little change in fps now between 5-max -A. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Problem with the Impacr is it's a pellet hog. Tin of 300 doesn't last long.

GQ, my goal right now is 2MOA at all ranges and the numbers i quoted for 100 yards is off I'm getting 2.5 - 4 inches at 100 yards due to spiraling pellets beyond 50 yards. So if i could consistently get 1.5 or less at 75 yards and 2 inches at 100 yards i will be very pleased.

Shelby is definitely shooting Kings at those settings and speeds.
