FX Bobcat MK2 - Shroud Extension Questions

Hi I have searched online and submitted questions to FX & various retailers but so far had no responses to this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw on an old Ted's Holdover videos that he makes reference to sectional shroud extensions for an FX Bobcat. Has anyone used these, do they come directly from FX or a third party manufacturer? I'm interested in some to quieter down a .25 Bobcat MK2 (which has quite a long barrel as it is).

Thanks

I had a Mark II in .30 caliber. I traded it to ddransoml. I put a Neil Clague moderator on it and it was about 2.5 inches longer than if you had the 3 piece baffle stack that came stock with the bobcat. However the difference in sound was quite noticeable. Neils moderator made the bobcat truely backyard friendly. In fact ddransoml told me thought it was basement friendly noise wise. When I sighted it in at 66 yards out in the desert the pellet impacting the board the target was mounted to made way more noise than the bobcat itself. If you can live with the extension of the moderator you will be much happier that way. Plus if you get it from Neil it will run just over $100.00 and sound way quieter than the additional factory baffles. Just my experience, though mine was a .30.
