Yeah just double up the hearing protection, I shoot at a range regularly and I prefer using muffls like above (have the exact same ones) and some plugs. Someone can be shooting a .338 Lapua with a muzzle brake and it's not uncomfortable for me to be beside

When I shot my 338 win mag with a break I would let folks know if there were any around me, gave them a chance to move or make sure hearing protection was on, shooting it wasn't so bad it was the sound going back to the left and right that was a issue hahaha...I miss my 338, sold it to help fund my RAW HMx .357.
