Brand new EDgun R5 Long. #029 of 407 of the limited edition. I thought there were 407 of each size, but no, that’s the total for all sizes. Just got a scope on it, Athlon FFP 6-24x50. Headed to the range in a couple hours. I’ll post more pics later with some groups at 50 and 100 yds. And yes, I’m just a little bit excited!

Here’s another pic at the range. Rings could be a bit lower but I just grabbed this scope off of another rig quick. I have another scope I was thinking of putting on not sure yet. Gun is quiet and accurate. Took a couple shots to get used to the rear bolt, put a couple of tins of JSB 44’s through it. I like it a lot! The only minor negative I have so far is the trigger is a little sharp on the edges and bottom.

This is a 4” target at 50 yards. Hitting 2” spinners consistently at a hundred. I’m real happy so far, this is probably the most accurate gun that I own now. I was getting 40 shots starting at 250 bar ending at 141 bar. I was a little bummed that this was a single shot gun, but I actually like it for my style of shooting also. Will also try some 50 gr next time out. This gun is very quiet, and seems like it’s built like a tank. I did notice the safety was a little tight to use, apparently that is just how they are. I think it works differently than most safeties from what I understood talking to Brian at EDgun West. Already looking forward to the next time I get to shoot it. Thanks for all the comments, I appreciate it!

Can someone in the "know" address/clarify what the video posted above is about? From what I gather, a customer in Russia is complaining about his .25 R5 and claims that a manufacturing downfall has caused a failure. The manufacturer is suggesting that this gun owner did not properly reassemble the gun. Why it was disassembled, I haven't a clue.

read my comments to that video. All is in there. I think that Google translate will give you the common sence of the issue.
