Ok, get this. I have purchased a Sumo and Ronin over the past year, so Donny has my mailing address. Well, I noticed last night that I had lost the thread protector 1/2x20 for one of my air guns.
Now here’s what happened after work today.
5:33 pm. Email to Donny asking if he sold the knurled thread protectors, I wanted to buy one.
5:36 pm. Donny emails back saying he has some extras and asked if the address he has on file for me is still correct, and that he would send it out tomorrow.
6:05 pm. Email from Donny saying package had shipped First Class mail and included tracking number.
Holy smokes! What??? Did that really happen? Service like just doesn’t exist anymore. And FREE? But it does at DonnyFL. Thanks Donny!
